School Fees Policy
GAMS International School is a private school funded by the owners. The operations of the school are largely funded by the school fees paid by parents/guardians on behalf of their children/wards, as well as support from partners and individuals.

New Students |

1 | New students must have their school fees for the term paid in full before their enrolment. |
2 | The school shall only refund 50% of the school fees if the newly admitted student does not show up or the parents/guardians decide not to enroll their child/ward anymore upon payment of the school fees. |

Continuing Students |

1 | Fees for continuing students are payable each term on or before the first day of the academic term. |
2 | A grace period of 30 working days (6 weeks) shall be granted from the first day of the term to allow parents/guardians to make full payment of school fees for their children/wards. |
3 | All school fees arrears or unpaid fees must be paid before a student is allowed to partake in the following academic term's activities. Unpaid fees at the end of the academic term shall attract a 10% interest charge. |
4 | School fees must be paid directly into the School's Bank Account or Mobile Money Account. The relevant Account details can be obtained from the school's Office or the school fees bill. |
5 | A written notice shall be required prior to the withdrawal of any student, and all outstanding fees must be paid. Failure to comply may result in legal redress. |
6 | A student shall not be granted any endorsed documentation from the school until all school fees are completely paid. |
7 | The school's management reserves the right to review the school fees during the course of the academic year and to prescribe an increment should it be deemed reasonably necessary for the continuous operation of the school. |

Scholarship & Discounts |

1 | There shall be no discount on the tuition fees for parents/guardians with up to two (2) children/wards in the school. |
2 | There shall be a 30% discount on the tuition fee of the third (3rd) child for parents/guardians with three (3) children/wards in the school. |
3 | For parents/guardians with four (4) children in the school, there shall be a 25% discount on the tuition fee for the third (3rd) child and a 40% discount on the tuition fee for the fourth (4th) child/ward. |
4 | For parents/guardians with five (5) children in the school, the fourth (4th) child shall have a 30% discount on his/her tuition fee, and the fifth (5th) child shall have a 50% discount on his/her tuition fee. |
5 | Any child/ward beyond the fifth (5th) child shall have a 50% discount on his or her tuition fee. |
6 | School fees payment plan or arrangement should be done with the School's Accountant, Administrator, or Secretary, and be approved by the Principal or Director of the school. |
